Empty Bowls Fundraiser

Join us for Empty Bowls, a shared evening of clay and food created in solidarity, raising funds for families in Gaza. Sunday September 28th from 16:00-21:00.

How it Works:

Artists from Amsterdam's ceramics community have donated a beautiful selection of bowls for the event. Each ticket includes your choice of a handmade bowl to take home, and a plate of traditional Palestinian food cooked by Salma Barakat.

The event runs from 4:00-9:00 PM, so you can come when it suits you - for a late lunch, dinner, to linger a while or just to stop by and share in the gathering.

Where Will Donations Go:

The proceeds from the bowls will be donated to World Central Kitchen, supporting their work to provide meals in Gaza.

The proceeds from the food will go directly to help support Salma’s family in Gaza, who are hardship.

This way, every part of the evening contributes to urgent relief.

Sliding Scale Pricing:

In order to make the event as accessible as possible, we have implemented a sliding scale pricing system. Please pay what you can, contribute generously and help us raise as many funds as possible for famine relief in these difficult times.
